I would start with the matches you actually bet on, rather than the bonus at the top of the page. If your football betting centres on weekend Premier League and Eliteserien matches, a bet builder, cash out and good live odds matter more than the size of the welcome offer. Those are the features to compare first.
Then read what the bonus asks of you. Most sites at the top offer 100% on your first deposit, but the deposit plus bonus must be wagered 6 times, at odds of 1.50 or higher, within 21 days. The percentage is only part of the offer. You need to look at the combined wagering requirement, the minimum odds and the deadline together, not just the amount added to your deposit.

I use the match score to bring those checks together. It gives points out of 10 for football bonus and terms, football markets and leagues, live betting, cash out and bet builder, payouts and payments, and fit for Norway. And the wording is straightforward: tippe på fotball simply means betting on football. Norwegians also search for «bettingsider» and «oddstips», but the choice still starts with your matches and the terms.
Our match model, Kampmodellen, works out how likely a home win, a draw and an away win are in each match. I use those probabilities as a way to compare what the model says with the odds a bookmaker offers.
The starting point is the goals each team has scored and conceded at home and away this season. The data comes from NIFS. Early in the season, last season counts a little too.
Those probabilities are then turned into model odds. A 50% chance gives odds of 2.00, while a 40% chance gives odds of 2.50. That is the comparison to keep in mind when you use the tips: if a bookmaker offers higher odds than the model odds, the bet is worth more than it costs. That is what value means.
The model also shows the chance of over 2.5 goals and of both teams scoring, so it covers more than just the home win, draw and away win.
The table updates itself before every round, and below it you can see the hit rate from earlier matches. I treat the model as a tool for thinking clearly about a match. It gives you probabilities and model odds to work with, not a guarantee of the result.
A football bonus is not the same as cash in hand, so I look at what you have to wager before you can withdraw.
At Reblz, Quickz, SlotOwl, Betinferno, LuckyJungle, Monsino, Unlimit Casino and Winzie, you must wager your deposit plus bonus 6 times, at odds of 1.50 or higher, within 21 days. Each bet counts for at most 20% of the bonus.

On match day, I start with bet builder if you want to combine several outcomes in the same match. Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals is one example. All nine bookmakers at the top of my list have it. So when I compare two of those bookmakers, the basic availability of bet builder is a draw: you get it with either one.
Then there is live betting. You bet while the match is on, rather than before kick-off, and the odds move with every goal and every red card. The price you saw earlier is not necessarily the price in front of you now.
Cash out is a different tool. It lets you settle your bet before full time at a price the bookmaker works out. If your slip hangs in the balance in the 85th minute, that is when it can be useful. I would look at the amount offered, not just the fact that the button is there.
Keep the return and profit separate, too. A NOK 200 bet at odds of 2.40 returns NOK 480 if it wins. That includes your NOK 200 stake, so the profit is NOK 280.
If you are checking which payment methods you can use from Norway, the first thing to note is that none of the 25 bookmakers offers Vipps. Revolut and Jeton are the most common alternatives, so those are the names to look for when you check the payment options.
Monsino, Unlimit Casino and Winzie accept the widest range of payment methods. Their options include Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, Jeton and MiFinity. If having a choice of methods matters to you, these three have the broadest selection.
